Holiday Organization

The holiday season is upon us, and with it comes a whirlwind of celebrations, decorations, and festivities that can sometimes feel overwhelming. But fear not, because I am here to sprinkle a little organizational magic and make your winter holidays not just joyful but stress-free too!

When it comes to the holidays, planning before the holiday craziness starts will take you a long way!

  1. Create a Holiday Master Plan- Start by outlining your holiday goals. What traditions are important to you and your family. Making a list (and checking it twice!) of these prioritoes will help you stay on track and avoid overcommitting.

  2. Decorate with Purpose- Adorn your home with decorations that bring you joy and complement your style. Donate items you no longer want. Use labeled bins or clear storage to keep your ornaments, lights, and tinsel tidy and easy to find.

  3. Organize a Wrapping Wonderland- Set up a gift-wrapping station with paper, ribbons, and tags. This way you can tackle wrapping as you go when you have a spare moment. It’s a simple way to make your gifts look extra special while staying organized.

  4. Thoughtful Decluttering- As you bring out holiday decorations and items, take the opportunity to declutter your space. Donate items you no longer need and make room for the holiday magic.

  5. Reflect and Reset- As the holiday seasons winds down, reflect on the special moments you’ve shared and any areas where you would like to improve your organization for next year.

If you’re feeling extra overwhelmed this holiday season, you may want to reach out and book a professional organizing session. As a professional organizer I can help you experience a stress-free holiday season.
